You'd think they would want to keep customers not loose them! So AOL, I hope you're listening. It's like their taking their best thing, which AOL's got going & removed & reneged on it. I feel particularly insulted because I've waist-ed a lot of time trying to figure it out to do it & I know they must know what they've done & they probably have an ulterior motive for it! What other reason or why else would they screw that up. All the Favorites that you've compiled & maintained it should be obvious you'd need that & it should be easy.
I can't believe it's not even easier to do now & to set up & use now. It's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard of, making you're favorites hard to impossible to upload. Now they've decided to make it impossible to import your preexisting file, What!. As far as I'm concerned the " My favorites feature" & auto suggesting e-mail addresses feature's are the most important features AOL has going & the most important reason I have for using AOL! It makes it easy to get to an address quickly without typing it. I've had my favorites file forever & just keep adding to it & it get's re-import it again & again as I change or rebuild the AOL software. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Why on earth did they make it so hard or impossible to import your own favorites file on the new AOL 10.1.
